HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information. Please be sure to double check all information, including email, before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please reach out to customer service to ensure your order has been processed. 

 

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed in our system. Please be sure to double check all information before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process, as it is the customers responsibility. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, please contact customer service immediately so we can try to stop the package from leaving our shipping department. 

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Although we do not anticipate any issues, all orders are still subject to potential delays due to covid-19 restrictions. We will ensure your package is sent out in a timely manner, within 2 to 3 business days following the day the order was placed. Once the package leaves our facility, it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control. You will need to contact the according shipping service for updates on any delays or shipping errors. 

 

ONE OF MY ITEMS HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED/IS MISSING! WHAT DO I DO?

Please check within any packaging materials, and if it is not found, contact our customer service at info@sosweetcanada.ca within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHERE IS IT?

Please double check the spelling of the email you used at checkout, or check your junk/spam folder. Otherwise, you can contact customer service at info@sosweetcanada.ca 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship Canada wide. Please have a look at shipping rates derived from your order for geographical specifics. 

 

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

All orders with a P.O. Box will only be shipped with Canada Post. All other carriers WILL NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. We do not accept any cancellations.
